Disabling AT&T ActiveArmor
AT&T's "ActiveArmor" security suite is notorious for false positives. It often flags IPTV traffic as "Suspicious Activity" and blocks the connection port.
Step-by-Step Fix
- Open the Smart Home Manager app on your phone.
- Go to App Tools > Network Security.
- Find "ActiveArmor" and toggle it OFF.
- Alternatively, log into your gateway (192.168.1.254) and disable "Firewall Advanced Security".
Once disabled, restart your IPTV device. The streams should load instantly.
