BT Smart Setup Interference

The BT Smart Hub has a feature called "Smart Setup" which intercepts traffic to show you BT-related pages. This interferes with the continuous stream of IPTV data.

Disabling Smart Setup

1. Open your browser and type 192.168.1.254.
2. Click on Smart Setup.
3. Toggle the setting to OFF.

Also, consider turning off "Web Protect" in your BT ID account settings online, as it acts similarly to Sky Shield.
