User_X99: Has anyone else noticed Virgin Media blocking streams during the 3pm kick-off? My Smarters app just spins.
Reply by TechMod: Yes, Virgin's "Web Safe" filter has been updated. It now actively blocks known IPTV server IPs.
The Fix: You need to log into your Virgin Router settings (192.168.0.1) and disable Web Safe and Virus Safe. If that doesn't work, a VPN is mandatory.
