Don't Panic! Most Errors are Fixable
IPTV is complex technology, and errors happen. Before you contact support, try these DIY fixes for the most common codes.
Error 401: Unauthorized
Cause: Typo in your password, expired subscription, or your ISP has changed your IP address and the provider's firewall blocked it.
Fix: Double-check your credentials (O and 0 look similar!). If that fails, restart your router to get a new IP, then contact support to refresh your line.
Error 403: Forbidden
Cause: Geo-blocking. Your ISP or the IPTV provider has blocked access from your current location/IP.
Fix: Turn on your VPN and connect to a different country server. If you are already using a VPN, try turning it OFF or switching protocols (e.g., from OpenVPN to WireGuard).
Stream Loop / Repeating
Cause: Packet loss. The data isn't arriving fast enough, so the player repeats the last few seconds it has in memory.
Fix: 1. Restart your router (power cycle). 2. Switch from WiFi to Ethernet cable. 3. Increase the "Buffer Size" in your player settings (set to Medium or Large).
Audio Out of Sync
Cause: Decoding lag. Your device's processor is struggling to process the video and audio tracks at the same speed.
Fix: Change the decoder in your app settings. Switch from Hardware Decoder to Software Decoder (or vice versa).
